Role Expectations:
- Manage medium to large-scale projects with complex designs that integrate both hardware and software.
- Analyze client business needs and application goals, developing designs that fulfill these requirements while ensuring uptime guarantees.
- Understand client operations and Kion products to determine necessary staffing levels for project success.
- Create comprehensive costing workbooks for assigned services and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the proposal team to ensure the accuracy of proposal documents.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an advanced degree.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in a related domain; an advanced degree may substitute for some experience.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and coordinate proposal team activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines effectively.

Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions on estimating standards and sales proposal protocols for the Business Development team.
- Engage in complex technical exchanges and knowledge transfer regarding processes and product applications in system design.
