Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright/Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team at ReedNET Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, fabrication, and mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rock plant equipment, including welding and fabrication tasks
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Operate and inspect heavy equipment, including loaders and other machinery
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including production rates and inventory levels
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth plant operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in welding, fabrication, and mechanical maintenance
• Strong knowledge of rock plant equipment and operations
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs loads, with frequent bending and stooping
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
