Floor Maintenance Specialist

**Job Summary**
As a Floor Tech at Healthcare Services Group, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. This includes performing floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet, such as dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting. You will also be responsible for completing assigned cleaning areas according to schedule and collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform floor maintenance tasks, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting
* Complete assigned cleaning areas according to schedule
* Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
* Recycle soiled linen from units
**Requirements**
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment
* High school diploma or equivalent required
