Commercial Lines Insurance Manager
A highly experienced and results-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager is sought to join our fast-paced team at Jobot. With a strong focus on customer service, this role requires an individual who can manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships with clients, and utilize their excellent communication skills.

About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to take on new challenges and contribute to our success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and managing all aspects of our commercial insurance clients' needs. This includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing their existing insurance coverage, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the seamless transition of new clients.
  4. Review and analyze clients' existing insurance coverage and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Oversee the renewal process for all assigned clients, including preparing renewal proposals and negotiating with carriers for the best terms.
  6. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  7. Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters to manage claims and risk management issues.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide the best advice and service to clients.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Commercial Lines Account Manager, you must possess the following qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
  2. A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
  4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. An insurance designation such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU is preferred.
