Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a solid understanding of all product lines that the company manages and distributes, along with the applications for those components.
- Familiarity with various roles and responsibilities within the Parts Department.
- Proficient in the Parts computer system and other relevant information systems.
- Maintain and prepare all necessary records and documentation for the tasks performed; knowledgeable about all company policies and procedures related to parts transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, and may be responsible for ordering and expediting parts as needed.
- Initiate customer outreach to enhance product sales and foster customer relationships.
- Adhere to factory training requirements.
- Be prepared to assist with other Parts Department duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience (2 years).
- Strong product knowledge, along with good administrative and inventory management skills.
- Proven customer service abilities, including two years of experience in a parts department, focusing on inside parts sales.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Experience with Paragon software is preferred.
- Familiarity with AS400 software is advantageous.
- Outstanding customer service skills are essential.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with direct customer interactions as required.
- Capable of operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.

- Work is conducted in a small warehouse environment, in addition to typical automotive repair shop conditions.
