Reimbursement Director Job Description

Lutheran SeniorLife is seeking a highly skilled Reimbursement Director to join our team. As a key member of our financial leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and supervising all policies and procedures related to reimbursement matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement reimbursement strategies to ensure a sound financial structure for the company.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure compliance with reimbursement regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage and supervise a team of reimbursement specialists to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement processing.
  • Analyze and interpret reimbursement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with payers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth reimbursement processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in reimbursement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of reimbursement regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
