Job Title: Logistics/Invoicing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics/Invoicing Specialist to join our team at Danieli Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks related to billing processes and communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process invoices and packing lists from suppliers
  • Track shipments and update records in our ERP system
  • Issue and email invoices to customers
  • Communicate with customers on shipment questions and issues
  • Maintain accurate records in our electronic portal and Excel tracking spreadsheet
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or College Degree
  • Experience with billing processes and invoicing
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and domestic/international freight terms a plus
