Real Estate Sales Professional

A Real Estate Sales Agent is a key player in the residential property market, responsible for facilitating the sale of homes for clients. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about local market trends, and have a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
As a successful Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be expected to build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry professionals, stay up-to-date on industry developments, and think creatively to overcome obstacles and achieve sales goals.
Real Estate Sales Agents are compensated based on their performance, with top performers earning significant income. With dedication and hard work, it's not uncommon for experienced agents to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year.
Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being hired. To earn a license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.
Job Responsibilities- Interact with clients through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Provide clients with expert advice on the local real estate market.
- Answer questions about contracts, terms of sale, and other aspects of the real estate process.
- Utilize technology to manage a database of clients and prospects.
- Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow up on real estate transactions.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote properties.
