Job Summary

MDVIP Practice Management, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Office Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Office Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent patient care and communication, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Manage front office operations, including scheduling, registration, and insurance verification.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Process patient payments and handle cash handling duties.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software applications.
