Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide top-notch customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences, and making recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
  • Merchandise Reset and Maintenance
    • Reset and maintain merchandise displays, ensuring that products are properly stocked, faced, and priced.
    • Identify and remove damaged or missing merchandise, and report any issues to management.
    • Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
  • Clean and Safe Stores
    • Ensure that the store is clean and safe for customers and employees, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
    • Repair and replace damaged packaging and boxes, and remove all trash and debris.
    • Report any safety hazards or concerns to management.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Maintain point-of-sale signage, including bin plus beam label stock, and ensure that all bin locators are placed and price changes are activated.
    • Audit and update pricing labels inside and outside the store to ensure accuracy.
    Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
    • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
