**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Product Data Insights Specialist to join our team and lead our data analytics efforts. This role will play a critical part in driving business decisions by providing actionable insights, regular reporting, and self-service tools to various teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop effective methodologies.
  • **Project Management**: Lead data projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • **Data Analysis**: Collect, structure, and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • **Dashboard Development**: Design and maintain dashboards to effectively communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • **Data Modeling**: Develop and maintain data models to support business functions and ensure data integrity.
  • **Tool Utilization**: Leverage tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Metabase for data management and analysis.

**Requirements**

  • **Experience**: 3+ years in a data analyst role, with a strong background in working with large datasets and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
  • **Technical Skills**: Expertise in SQL and familiarity with data tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Metabase.
  • **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • **Project Management**: Proven project management skills with a focus on autonomy and delivering results.
  • **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
