About the RoleThe successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in business processes and data management, and recommend improvements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Document current and future-state data and scientific business processes based on the high-level informatics strategy.
- Communicate business requirements to technical team members and synthesize requirements across different informatics efforts.
The ideal candidate will have experience with preclinical safety data (toxicology, pathology, in vivo and in vitro), a variety of in vitro assay types, and expertise in creating business and data flows using diagramming software.
- Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a business analyst in the pharmaceutical or biotech informatics industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with JIRA application and requirements capture in story format.
