Key Responsibilities
  • Study Design and Implementation: Collaborate with the Data & Evaluation team and external researchers to design and implement comprehensive study orientations for participants, ensuring adherence to study protocols, timelines, and data collection procedures.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct thorough data collection efforts, utilizing various methodologies and quality assurance protocols to ensure data integrity.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Partner with program directors to develop and monitor customized reports and dashboards for tracking impact and effectiveness.
  • Training and Support: Ensure that program staff have access to trainings and materials to ensure their understanding of the study's objectives, expectations, and benefits.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with program staff, researchers, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in employment services, workforce development, human services, housing services, or youth empowerment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record of study design, data collection, and evaluation methodologies; ability to work with large datasets; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
