About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, with experience in handling inbound phone calls, making high volume outbound calls, and utilizing digital and online prospecting techniques. They will also be able to prioritize daily leads, utilize conversation to understand prospects' technical requirements and business processes, and demonstrate results in solutions-based selling process and handling common objections with ease.

In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of prior lead generation / business development / inside sales / account management experience. They will also have a proven track record of quota or KPI/KSO attainment, experience using Salesforce, and sound business acumen and previous experience accurately forecasting and reporting on territory /account activity.
