Job Summary

As a Guest Services Agent with Hawaiian Airlines, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests at the ticket counter and gates. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have an authentic Hawaiian hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests at the ticket counter and gates
  • Assist guests with check-in, baggage handling, and other travel-related needs
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
  • Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests
