We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Superior Patient Service

  • Work Collaboratively with the Dental Team
    • Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and other support staff to provide seamless patient care
    • Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure a positive experience
  • Supervise and Reinforce Daily Tasks
    • Oversee the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team
    • Reinforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Review Data and Evaluate Impact
    • Review data to evaluate the impact on the practice
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Oversee Scheduling and Confirm Patient Appointments
    • Verify patient appointments and ensure accurate scheduling
    • Confirm patient appointments and communicate with patients as needed
  • Verify Insurance Payment and Collection
    • Verify patient insurance coverage and payment
    • Collect payment from patients and ensure accurate accounting
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience
    • Experience in sales or customer service preferred
