Human Resources Coordinator

Are you ready to launch your career in a dynamic and mission-critical environment? Laboratory Testing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our top-notch HR Team.
About the RoleThe Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR department by ensuring the accurate and timely completion of HR-related tasks. This includes processing system changes, conducting recruitment and onboarding activities, and maintaining employee records.
Key Responsibilities- Process new hire and termination paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
- Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
- Act as a point person for team members with basic questions and concerns.
- Maintain physical and electronic employee files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Minimum Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
- Microsoft Office knowledge required.
- Prior experience with ADP or an HRIS system preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of initiative.
