Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role

The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR department by ensuring the accurate and timely completion of HR-related tasks. This includes processing system changes, conducting recruitment and onboarding activities, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new hire and termination paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
  • Act as a point person for team members with basic questions and concerns.
  • Maintain physical and electronic employee files.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required.
  • Prior experience with ADP or an HRIS system preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of initiative.
