Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our Data Science and Engineering team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative data science solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading cross-functional teams of software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-quality data science products
- Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support business intelligence and analytics
- Designing and implementing machine learning models to solve complex business problems
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in data science and engineering, with a strong background in computer science and mathematics
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact data science projects that drive business growth and improve customer experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
