Position Overview:
KFA is seeking a seasoned and proactive individual to spearhead our expansion efforts in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. As the North Texas Water Practice Manager, you will be instrumental in building and leading a dedicated team to enhance our water services in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the Water Practice in North Texas.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to secure and maintain business.
3. Lead strategic sales initiatives and manage key client accounts.
4. Analyze market competition to refine business development strategies.
5. Promote community and organizational engagement within the region.
6. Represent KFA at industry events and governmental meetings.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities across various public works projects.

Team Leadership:
Oversee the water practice staff, ensuring effective project management and high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, mentoring, and guiding team members.
- Prioritizing project assignments to meet deadlines.
- Implementing quality management processes.
- Addressing complex project challenges and serving as a technical resource.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the North Texas region.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience in managing engineering teams and complex water/wastewater projects.
