Job Summary

We're seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead our team and drive guest satisfaction. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for motivating, coaching, and working alongside our team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a culture of food safety, quality, and cleanliness, and ensure that all team members follow company standards.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Recognize and reward team members for their achievements, delegate responsibilities, and provide feedback to help them grow professionally.
  • Drive Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Own open, mid, and close routines, and ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and efficiently with team members, guests, and management to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
Requirements
  • Previous Management or Leadership Experience: Preferred, but not required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds.
