We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
