IT Help Desk Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Help Desk professional to join our team at ADPI. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner
  • Answer calls and respond to emails related to PC and host applications, hardware capabilities, and connectivity problems
  • Understand and work to meet established service level agreements
  • Support Windows 10, MS Office 365, ServiceNow Ticketing System, iPhone, and Android devices
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships across the organization
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
