As an Insurance Specialist, your expertise in insurance offerings and market dynamics enables you to engage directly with clients, assess their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver optimal value. Additionally, you may contribute to the formulation of strategies and the setting of performance targets for our agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to define and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with a steadfast commitment to daily success.
  • Partner with your agency's team to foster enduring customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets preferred.
  • Ability to effectively connect with customers.
  • Must hold a Property & Casualty license.
  • Must possess a Life & Health License.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Base salary plus commission/bonus structure.
