Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Primary Care Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Provide high-quality care to patients in-office or in testing centers
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Requirements
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting with a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in New York
