We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering our executive compensation and equity programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development, implementation, and administration of executive compensation and equity programs
  • Develop and recommend a comprehensive remuneration and reward strategy for the organization
  • Analyze and compile data to support salary adjustments and structuring of long and short-term incentive programs
  • Conduct ongoing research of HR compensation policies and programs to ensure compliance and competitiveness
  • Benchmark current compensation and benefits against industry patterns and macroeconomic trends
  • Develop and maintain salary administration databases and tools, salary spreadsheets, and statistical graphs
  • Oversee compensation presentations to decision makers and communicators

  • Maintain a working knowledge of global regulations and practices influencing compensation and benefits
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7+ years of relevant compensation experience
  • Experience with market pricing, bonus processing, merit increases/annual cycles, comp recommendations, and creating compensation programs
  • 2 years of direct executive compensation or equity administration experience
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
