About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the Walmart Corporate Real Estate team as a Program Management Professional. As a key member of the Workplace Hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our associates and guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that buildings and spaces are business-ready daily, including ensuring that all spaces are working properly and clean.
  • Provide a single point of contact to tenants for campus workplace experience requests or questions.
  • Develop and implement a plan to maximize space utilization across neighborhood spaces and rooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service on behalf of the Corporate Real Estate and the broader organization.
  • Submit tickets to stakeholders to relay issues, problems, and concerns.
  • Work with Facilities Management team on resolving tenant work orders regarding workplace operations and maintenance.
  • Be informed and able to provide information regarding building services, neighborhood events, and key visitors.
  • Activate buildings through custom events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Travel across campus, between assigned buildings.

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of SPOCs and span of control of each Corporate Real Estate and support function.
  • Knowledge of facilities, amenities, tenants, and of the local community.

  • Ability to evangelize, communicate, and collaborate well at all levels of the company.
  • Being driven to execute and to act quickly, while displaying Walmart's core values, with a basis of serving the customer.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leading a cross-functional team.
  • Working with profit and loss responsibilities.
