Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex programs and projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program management strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize program requirements and develop project plans
  • Monitor and control program progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related area
  • 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
