Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Program Management to lead the strategy and execution of our product development life cycle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth, efficiency, and success of our program by leading cross-functional teams and developing standardized processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate program performance by analyzing key performance indicators and trend data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a program management life cycle, including communication strategy and content, to ensure informed decision-making and resolution of critical issues.
  • Interpret and utilize information for initiative work streams, developing solutions that reduce cost and meet business goals.
  • Drive program management process improvement by conducting gap analyses, evaluating and determining practicality of improvement opportunities, and developing improved processes based on best practices and standards.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including selecting and training, mentoring, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 8 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams and complex projects and programs.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in business program management, product operations, technical program management, release management, product strategy, process improvement, merchandising, vendor relations, data analytics, or tech start-ups.
