At Filson, we're committed to providing our customers with exceptional products and services. As a Key Holder, you'll play a critical role in leading our sales team to achieve new heights every day. Your mission will be to motivate, inspire, and develop sales associates to provide a best-in-class customer experience. You'll be responsible for executing operational standards, visual merchandising, and marketing events. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Identifying customer needs and acting as an outfitter, providing exceptional product knowledge
* Supporting the Store Manager in selecting store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
* Observing and providing feedback to support members of staff in a culture of 360-degree communication
* Managing a training plan and in-the-moment coaching to drive key performance indicators
* Supporting marketing events and stories through in-store promotion, client emails, and community outreach
* Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
* Ensuring availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories
* Ensuring that Filson Standards and Operating Standards are met or exceeded to support brand consistency
* Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
* Managing customer service and selling to drive a performance culture
* Supporting store operations by enforcing company programs, initiatives, policies, and procedures

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Exceptional selling skills, customer service, and clientele
* A minimum of one year in a leadership role
* Experience using data to make informed decisions
* People development and growth experience
* Friendly and outgoing; service mentality
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* PC-based computer skills; with Word and Excel
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must be 18+ years old
