About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in locating and retrieving items, and make recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockrooms.
  • Support sales goals by delivering superior service and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
