Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Recommend Busey products and services to customers, ensuring they are aware of the benefits and features of each product.
  • Accurately count and manage cash, as well as perform duties under frequent time pressures.
  • Learn and operate basic office equipment and banking systems, as well as stand for extended periods of time and lift 50 pounds.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required; previous banking and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Cash handling experience a plus.
  • Must maintain current registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) if lending.
