Job Description

PNC is seeking a skilled Personal Banker to join our team in Peoria, Illinois. As a Personal Banker, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet.
  • Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related experience in banking or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
