Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist Lead to join our team at Phaxis - Financial Services.

About the Role:

  • Cordinate the processing of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Answer payroll related inquiries from staff members and provide clear explanations.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports to help management make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll files to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with all government regulations and ensure our practices align with them.
  • Manage the timely processing of invoices to avoid any potential delays or penalties.

  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex payroll issues.
  • Is detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff members and management.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
