Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team at the Department of the Army. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full range of Resident Office activities, including contract administration, construction planning, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee contract administration for large construction projects, including contract modification, award, and schedules.
  • Provide guidance and direction to staff on biddability and constructability review of construction plans and specifications.
  • Review contracts for quality control, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in the accomplishment of major construction projects and supporting structures.
Requirements
  • One year of specialized experience in construction management, including contract administration, construction planning, and project management.
  • Experience with leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large construction projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
