Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with customers, sales, and engineering teams to coordinate orders and projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the order process, setting clear expectations and coordinating requirements.
  • Request and retrieve necessary documents and information to setup new customer accounts or process orders.
  • Enter customer and project information into our ERP/CRM system.
  • Work with customers to ensure a thorough understanding of the products specified and estimated for the project.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding project-specific applications, details, or order status.
  • Collaborate with engineering to resolve customer questions and concerns.
  • Support outside sales representatives in closing sales and initiating the order process.
  • Provide intermediate-level technical support to customers and sales teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Engineering Management field.
  • 2-3 years of prior Project Manager experience in the commercial construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Good mechanical and technical aptitude, with the ability to read and navigate blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Understanding of construction contracts and processes is a plus.
