- Supervise staff during service to ensure quality, guest satisfaction, and cleanliness.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
- Collaborate with management and culinary teams on administrative tasks.
- Address guest concerns in a friendly manner, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Develop efficient service systems for staff to enhance guest experiences.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new front-of-house personnel.
- Support management in managing costs, driving sales, and achieving financial objectives.
- Work closely with the Beverage Director and Head Bartender to maintain the beverage program.
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management and customer service.
- Conduct monthly inventories of beverage and bar supplies.
- Resolve customer issues and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Gain proficiency in third-party programs for daily operations and events.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events.
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean and organized at all times.
- Create weekly front-of-house schedules at least two weeks in advance, managing time-off requests to maintain a full team.
