Job Summary

The Contracts Analyst Intern position offers an entry-level opportunity to the Contracting Department at Primoris Services Corporation. This role supports senior-level positions within Contracts as necessary, providing assistance with oversight of the contracting process during bidding, pre-construction, and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Track and maintain accurate version histories of exhibits and other documents sent and received.
  • File Organization: Perform document control functions, including managing internal and external file repositories, organizing file structures, and ensuring records are up-to-date.
  • Communication: Draft email lists of action items to responsible parties after meetings as required.
  • Meeting Support: Attend all project-related meetings and distribute updated dates and prices.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in developing processes to increase efficiency of the design team.
  • Record Keeping: Request and maintain diligent records of Parent Guarantee, Bond, and Certificate of Insurance, as well as communicated deadlines.
  • Project Close-Out: Assist with project close-out, ensuring all contractual requirements are documented appropriately.
  • Document Redaction: Redact contractual documents following guidelines provided for internal information.
Requirements
  • Education: Current 4-year University student, studying Construction Management, Business Engineering.
  • Compensation: $20-$25/hourly, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
