Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Renewable Energy Contracts Specialist to support the Contracting Department. The successful candidate will assist in the oversight of the contracting process, track and maintain correct version history of exhibits and documents, and perform document control functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external file repositories, organize file structures, and ensure records are up to date.
- Draft email lists of action items to responsible parties after meetings.
- Attend project-related meetings and distribute updated dates and prices.
- Assist in developing processes to increase efficiency of the design team.
- Request and maintain diligent records of Parent Guarantee, Bond, and Certificate of Insurance.
- Assist with project close-out and ensure all contractual requirements are documented appropriately.
Requirements:
- Current 4-year University student, studying Construction Management, Business Engineering.
Benefits:
- $20-$25/hourly, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
