Contract Specialist

Wong Strauch Architects, PC is seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to support the firm's contract management process. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing and coordinating contracts, as well as a strong understanding of contract law and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze incoming contracts to ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
- Coordinate with project teams to develop and implement contract strategies
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts
- Monitor and report on contract performance and compliance
- Contract experience is essential, with a strong understanding of contract law and regulations
- Marketing experience is a plus, with the ability to represent the firm at networking events
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
