Job Title: Documents Specialist - Contract Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a documents specialist. This is a contract position that will involve working remotely.

Responsibilities:

* Download and categorize files from the county clerk's public database
* Sort and file documents and files
* Document data elements from each file in a spreadsheet
* Save files to relevant Google Drive folders and place hyperlinks in the spreadsheet

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in relevant work
* Excel knowledge
* Highly detail-oriented and meticulous in work
