- Maintain knowledge of weekly ads, marketing promotions, and store layout to answer customer questions.
- Responsible for general sanitation in the department, following cleaning schedules and departmental guidelines.
- Ensure smooth function of department and store by cooperating with co-workers and superiors.
Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, the Associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without an accommodation. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
- Education and/or experience completed or working towards a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). No prior experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
