Responsibilities

This role involves a wide range of duties across planning, education, research, and analysis for existing and prospective clients. Using your excellent communication skills and strong work ethic, you will apply critical thinking skills, work independently, and anticipate agency needs and client questions.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND KEY STAKEHOLDERS
  • RESPONDING TO CLIENT CORRESPONDENCES AND REQUESTS IN A TIMELY AND EFFECTIVE MANNER
  • RESEARCHING AND PRESENTING ANSWERS TO CLIENT QUESTIONS ABOUT THEIR POLICIES AND COVERAGE
  • MAINTAINING UP-TO-DATE KNOWLEDGE ON CARRIER PRODUCTS, GUIDELINES, UNDERWRITING, AND LEGISLATIVE CHANGES
  • ANALYZING CURRENT EXPOSURES TO DEVELOP RENEWAL OR NEW BUSINESS SPECS FOR MARKETING
  • PROCESSING AND SUBMITTING NEW AND RENEWAL CLIENTS FOR MARKETING AND PLACEMENT
  • PREPARING PROPOSALS WITH THE SALES TEAM FOR CLIENT PRESENTATIONS
  • EXECUTING ACCURATE INVOICING AND FINANCING TASKS TO MEET DEADLINES
  • PROCESSING AND CHECKING POLICIES, ENDORSEMENTS, ENDORSEMENT REQUESTS, AND AUDITS FOR ACCURACY
  • MANAGING CLAIMS THROUGHOUT THE CLAIMS PROCESS
  • PREPARING AND MANAGING TIMETABLES, SUMMARIES, AND/OR SCHEDULES FOR THE ENTIRE BOOK OF BUSINESS

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
