Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Specialist to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with small businesses, families, and individuals in your community, providing them with supplemental insurance protection.
About the OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity to work with a leader in the supplemental industry, Combined Insurance, which has been recognized as one of Ward's 50 Top Performing Life-Health Insurance companies. As an Independent Sales Agent, you will have the freedom to sell other lines of business and define your own career path based on your personal goals and aspirations.
Responsibilities- Prospecting to new customers, delivering presentations, and establishing client relationships
- Becoming familiar with voluntary benefits and the suite of Combined company products available for groups and individuals
- Execution of Independent Sales Agent Agreement and Appointment paperwork
- Life & Health and Accident license required (unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain license will be referred to partner testing trainers during selection process)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Organizational skills

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
