Job Summary:

TalentOne Recruitment & Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing plumbing fixtures, creating models and simulations with SolidWorks, and testing for durability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop plumbing fixtures with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Create detailed models and simulations using SolidWorks to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure durability and performance of plumbing fixtures.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform weekly visits to the warehouse to oversee project progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in hydro-mechanical systems, with a strong background in plumbing fixture design.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and other relevant design software.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior engineers.
