Job Title: Client Service Specialist

Join Fox Television Stations as a Client Service Specialist and play a vital role in supporting our sales teams in delivering exceptional advertising campaigns to our clients.

About the Role:

The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of ad campaigns, from creative trafficking to reporting and post-campaign results. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales teams in all phases of a campaign, including creative trafficking, reporting, inventory forecasting, and post-campaign results.
  • Proactively work with sales and ad operations to manage submission deadlines, manage assets, and make any necessary revisions.
  • Monitor and optimize multiple campaigns across platforms to ensure they are delivering on schedule and meeting client expectations.
  • Ensure website tags are correctly generating relevant traffic and recording conversions accurately within overall campaign.
  • Contribute ideas and plans to drive overall business growth.
  • Work closely with sales and ad operations to capture customer needs for execution of digital campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and data insights to support strategy for customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with digital sales managers and sales teams to recommend campaign modifications for optimal results.
  • Attend sales and ad operations training and planning meetings.
  • Cultivate positive professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of digital advertising experience.
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, Wide Orbit Digital is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, detail-oriented, work independently, and self-starter.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization best practices and tools like Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience working with TV and/or digital media sales is a plus.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $65,000.00-75,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY.

This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
