Job Description

The Associate Private Client Relationship Manager is a key role in TD Wealth, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. This position requires a strong understanding of high net worth client needs and a consultative approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized service and support to clients, ensuring their banking relationships are maximized and balanced.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within TD Wealth and TD Bank to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen and broaden client relationships, introducing them to relevant products and services.
  • Meet or exceed client satisfaction and retention targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of related experience in a production or client support capacity, with a track record of high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Securities Licensed: Series 7, or 66.
  • Understanding of HNW client needs and products and services available to clients within the segment.
  • Consultative sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients and colleagues.
