Account Associate Relationship Management

Equiniti, a leading international provider of shareholder, pension, remediation, and credit technology, is seeking a qualified Account Associate to join our Relationship Management teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our success forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating memos and following through completion
  • Working with Operations departments to obtain monthly stats and assist in putting information together
  • Processing client directed Issuer/shareholder inquiries and transaction requests
  • Ad hoc client reports
  • Assisting Relationship Manager with billing inquiries/research
  • Assisting with document collection and keeping Unity (salesforce) updated
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Financial services and/or securities industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience in trust, financial services, legal, or account management
  • Experience in communications and interactions with individuals at various levels within an organization
What We Offer:

$29.00 - $31.00 hourly
