Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Clinical Oversight: Collaborate with our care coordination team to ensure that our members receive comprehensive, coordinated care that meets their unique needs.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Initiatives: Work with our quality improvement team to develop and implement initiatives that improve the quality of care we provide to our members.
  • Conduct Clinical Reviews: Conduct thorough clinical reviews of our members' care plans to ensure that they are receiving the most appropriate and effective care.
  • Provide Education and Training: Provide education and training to our care coordination team on best practices in clinical care coordination and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with our stakeholders, including providers, payers, and community partners, to ensure that our members receive seamless, coordinated care.
Requirements
  • Education: Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in adult or child psychiatry.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatry, including experience with inpatient care and substance abuse treatment.
  • Skills: Strong clinical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
