Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. This role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and educating patients and their families on health practices and disease management. The successful candidate will be committed to providing exceptional patient experiences and contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering superior healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to patients through the nursing process
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on health practices and disease management
• Stay up-to-date with hospital policies and procedures and evidence-based practices

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• BSN or obtain within 6 years
• Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse
