About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations to evaluate patient health and diagnose illnesses
- Order and perform diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and laboratory tests
- Determine, plan, and initiate appropriate treatment, and adjust treatment as necessary
- Prescribe and dispense medications
- Document patient medical information and maintain electronic medical records
- Educate and counsel patients and families on health problems, treatment plans, and home care
- Request consultation or referral with other healthcare providers as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current license to practice as a nurse practitioner in the state
- Necessary specialty certification
- 2-4 years of clinical work experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
